1. Dog Training Consultations

1.1 Appointment Cancellation by Client (After Payment)

Clients who have pre-paid for a consultation appointment with Dogpoint LLC may cancel their appointments under the following terms:

Full Refund: Clients are entitled to a full refund if they cancel their appointment at least 24 hours before the scheduled time. This policy acknowledges unforeseen changes in our clients' schedules and allows us to potentially fill the appointment slot with another client.

Partial Refund: If a cancellation is made less than 24 hours before the appointment, clients will receive a refund of 50% of the consultation fee. The remaining 50% serves as a cancellation fee to compensate for the time reserved by our trainers and the loss of the opportunity to schedule another session during that time slot.

1.2 Missed Appointments

Clients who miss their appointment are entitled to a refund of 50% of the booking fee. The other 50% is retained by Dogpoint LLC as compensation for the trainers' time and the resources allocated in preparation for the scheduled consultation.

1.3 Rescheduling Appointments

We understand that unforeseen circumstances can arise. Clients are encouraged to reschedule appointments rather than cancel. You can reschedule an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled time without any additional charge. Please contact our customer service team to assist you with rescheduling.

1.4 Appointment Cancellation by Dogpoint LLC

Dogpoint LLC reserves the right to cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances, such as trainer unavailability, technical issues, or emergencies. In such cases, we will notify clients at the earliest opportunity and offer the option to reschedule the appointment at a convenient time. If we are unable to reschedule the appointment to the client's satisfaction, a full refund will be issued.

1.5 Refund Eligibility

Full refunds will be issued under the following circumstances:

  • The client cancels the appointment more than 24 hours before the scheduled time.

  • Dogpoint LLC cancels the appointment and cannot reschedule it to the client's satisfaction.

  • Technical issues from our side prevent the completion of the consultation.

1.6 Processing Refunds

Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to our customer service team at support@dogpoint.pet . Please include your name, appointment details, and the reason for the refund request. Refunds will be processed within 5-15 business days from the receipt of the refund request. Refunds will be credited back to the original method of payment.

1.7 Late or Missing Refunds

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. Typically, you can expect a debit or credit card refund to take anywhere from 5 to 15 business days. 1.8 Modifications to the Refund Policy

2. Online Dog Training Courses

2.1 30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

Dogpoint LLC offers a 30-day money-back guarantee for all our online dog training courses. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may request a full refund within 30 days from the initial purchase date. We believe in our courses and their ability to provide value, but we understand that every dog and owner's situation is unique.

 

2.2 Eligibility for Refunds

To be eligible for a refund, the following criteria must be met:

·      The refund request must be submitted within 30 days from the initial purchase date of the online dog training course.

·      You must provide the order number or proof of purchase along with your refund request.

·      Feedback on why the course did not meet your expectations is appreciated but not required.

· Once your refund request is approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment.

2.4 Refund Processing Time

Refunds are processed within 7-10 business days after your request is approved. The exact time it takes for the refund to appear on your credit/debit card statement or in your bank account may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies.

2.5 Non-Refundable Circumstances
